Two of my recent posts seemed to have the theme, “Just get a doll!“, alluding to Turd Flinging Monkey’s catchphrase. A reader of my blog pointed me to another recent case that is not quite as head-spinning as getting locked up for being unattractive, but it is by no means something to just laugh at. This is serious, guys!
For context, a Twitch streamer by the name of SmashGodXxX who seems to refer to himself as an “Asian Chad” streams himself going on dates with Tinder sluts. So far, so good. It’s an appealing idea. If I had time to burn and wasn’t yet convinced of how horrible dating in the West in the current year is, I’d probably consider watching his stuff. The guy is quite attractive, which is why his setup works. Yet, it doesn’t mean that all the girls he meets are sane. The exact opposite was true with a completely bonkers chick who apparently cat-fished him as she turned out to be overweight in real life. She was seemingly only interested in him buying her dinner. On top, he was supposed to drive her home. This is chronicled in his YouTube video “Worst Tinder Date Ever (Horribly Gone Wrong).”
Asian Chad is clearly too good-hearted because he does not just walk off when this chick turns out to be combative. The particular dynamic here is that he is live-streaming the date and the audience actively participates, telling the chick what a shitty person she is. As you can probably guess, she does not take well to that. In the stream, you can hear her barrage him, hauling one insult after another at him. She calls him a loser, broke, and a lot of other things which you may not want to read in print. In the end, she completely flies off the handle and claims that he is kidnapping her.
From what I can tell, the dude did nothing illegal whatsoever. His only problem was that the chick was crazy. It is not quite clear what happened between that stream and his latter appearance before “Judge Judy”. In case you’re not familiar with it, this is some kind of reality TV show in which a retired female judge, incidentally a former family court judge, presides over arbitration proceedings. The contestant sign a piece of paper that the arbitration is legally binding, so it’s not just fun and games. As you can tell, if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes, and Asian Chad indeed wins stupid prizes. He gets talked down to and repeatedly insulted by the female judge — watch the clip just for this alone because it gives you a good idea how much “male privilege” you have. I think it is also a good glimpes of what you will get if you ever end up in the family kangaroo-court system.
The problem is apparently that the guy didn’t get a waiver from that chick, but from what I gather, he got her verbal agreement to getting videotaped. It all fell apart because this chick, as one of Asian Chad’s viewers pointed out, apparently didn’t take her meds in the morning. In the end, he was ordered to pay her $5,000. For that amount of money, he could have banged 50 hookers or bought two sex dolls. Let this sink in: Paying $5,000 because a chick gets upset at you for not wanting to buy her dinner and live-streaming this to the Internet. It’s laughable.
For giggles, I looked up fines for vandalism in the United States. Of course, they differ between states. The first result I got stated that if the damage is between $750 and $50,000, it’s a class-A misdemeanor which will lead to up to 1 year in jail and up to a $5,000 fine. Destroying property to the tune of $50,000 is quite something. To visualize it, imagine setting fire to ten cars that are worth $5,000 each. That would, at most, net you a fine of $5,000. Alternatively, you can tell some belligerent woman that you are not going to buy her dinner. Somehow, those two acts are equivalent.
