Marvel at the average American woman!

Alek Novy mentioned the following article on BuzzFeed: This Is What The Average American Woman Looks Like In 2016 [NSFW]. Now, before all you horny guys click on that link, eager to rub one out, keep in mind that Alek responded to my article What it really means that the average American woman is a size 16.

The first line of the BuzzFeed article is “Damn hot, that’s what.”. As I scrolled down the list of examples of supposedly hot average American women, my stomach kept turning. Frankly, at first I thought the BuzzFeed article was excellent satire, but it eventually dawned on me that they were dead serious. Are they really trying to tell their readers that grossly obese women are “damn hot”, “super-confident in short skirts” or “slaying”? Yes, indeed they are. We are supposed to celebrate this. Looking at those pictures, probably some people feel tempted to celebrate the obesity epidemic in the Western world by putting a gun to their head.

The disconnect between reality (“if you are fat you are unhealthy and unattractive”) and the message being spread (“the fatter you are, the more beautiful you are”) reminded me of the batshit insane politics in Germany, where chancellor Angela Merkel recently said that Germans who are afraid of the islamization of Germany, including radical Islam, and the terrorist attacks, rapes, and general loss of safety in its wake should play Christian folk tunes on their recorder [German source].

  1. Dang, now I know why Sleazy is in Germany – thin blondes (who don’t eat much). Oh, I guess that’s why you have loads of migrants wanting to go to Germany too!

Yikes, no wonder there’s this “MGTOW”…I mean, beyond the other BS you’d have to put up with regarding women, you now have nothing to look at (uh, well, there’s LOTS to look at, but you don’t want to look…)

  2. Hey Aaron, do you ever listen to Michael Savage on the radio? I think it’d be interesting if you called in to that show.

    1. He lashes out at Angela Merkel on his show and even had one German guy call in talking about how people who criticize or speak out against anything related to muslims including the mass migrations risk losing their job, flat, etc.

    1. Oh no, I clicked on it 🙁
I even read the comments and I have found out :
“Plenty of women who are “plus size” workout and eat right”
“Just because someone is large does not mean they are unhealthy! ”
I even looked at the post creater. Just as you would expect , typical SJW fatass

That’s not untrue. (this is about 13-14 years ago) I actually gained weight and became borderline-obese after switching to a “healthy diet”. I was running 5-7 days a week, and going to the gym 5 times a week. I did that for years. That’s years and years of not touching a single fried food, a single drop of anything except water, not a single processed food etc… and still being borderline obese.

Anytime a doctor suggested I start exercising, I barely constrained myself from jumping at that motherfucker… like asshole, I run more than 99.9% of non-fat people. I’ve been going to the gym religiously for years asshole.

It is just calories in-calories out. Then I lost weight following an “unhealthy diet” and cutting down on calories.

Some of us are “blessed” with ungodly amounts of appetite. I can eat the same huge-pile of calories whether I am eating all junk food, or eating clean. I can binge just fine on health-food, tyvm.

The only hack that’s helped me maintain a healthy weight without feeling a sense of starvation is intermittent fasting. There’s no diet that allows me to keep a healthy weight while not feeling like i’m starving.

Again, when some people say it’s genetic… some of them are making an excuse. Things like slow metabolism, “i put on weight without eating a lot”… those are all excuses.

But some people are born with a different calibration for appetite. You know how you feel if you don’t eat for 4 days? Some people have the misfortune of feeling that hungry (famished and unable to concentrate) if they eat less than a mountain of food.

    3. Yes, one can gain weight by eating a lot of healthy food. However, it is a lot easier to consume a lot of unhealthy food. For instance, a small cupcake may have 600 calories. Any woman can easily eat two of those, not realizing that this is more than half her recommended daily calorie intake. In comparison, eating 1000 calories’ worth of rice is a lot harder, and takes significantly longer.

    4. Alek, do you have some links to research on intermittent fasting?
I ran a quick search online and I mostly found stuff related to effects on animals. Everything else looked like the next paleo diet online marketing trick to me.
      Thx

I’m not denying any of that. Studies do find that on average people eat less calories if they eat nutrient-dense foods.

But that’s just a statistical average. It’s not actual human being, it’s just a statistical person. I am one of those unlucky people whom the average doesn’t apply to. I eat almost the same calories healthy or unhealthy. Been tracking calories for 15 years. I can tell you exactly what each kind of diet strategy does to my “spontaneous caloric intake”.

Btw “spontaneous caloric intake” is how much calories you’ll end up eating in the day if you’re just eating until you’re full. As opposed to eating “on a budget” i.e. restricting yourself to how many calories you can eat up to.

You don’t need research. Just try it. Like research is irrelevant to you, because they weren’t researching you. It’s based on a phantom statistical persona.

Try it and see how much you end up eating in the day. Does it make you eat less in the day, yes or no?

And if you’re reffering to any of the magical benefits of fasting? That’s BS. There’s nothing special about fasting. The marketing can be BS, yet the plan can still work for you.

Btw, when I had a blog i bashed paleo cultists day and night… YET i never said it can’t work. The only problem with paleo is the marketing. Just like game. Like if you believe that there’s a magical chemical benefit to “eating like a caveman”, you’re deluded.

If however you eat those specific “paleo foods” only, and you find that it blunts your appetite, it means it works for you. Nothing to do with cavemen (or the BS anti-science they use in the marketing).

Same with intermmitent marketing. It doesn’t matter that there are gurus pushing it as having “magical benefits”.

Btw, most IM gurus say there is NOTHING SPECIAL or advantagenous about IM. It’s just a “budgetting trick”… That’s all it. No special neuro-chemical-hormonal benefits or any of that nonsense.

      – Like for me, if my spontaneous caloric intake is 3000 calories
      – If I go and postpone breakfast for the first 6-8 hours, and then eat the same, I end up eating 1600-2300 calories in that day

It’s just a budgeting trick. You give yourself less time to eat.

  3. I regret I will now probably think of those pictures every time I hear someone say “confidence is sexy.”

Regarding Merkel, anytime a leader starts expounding on how people need to get religion, it is a safe bet they want to distract them from what is going on.

  4. I’ll just say that to any woman who has a problem to me objecting to that kind of physique, I actually hold men to the same standard. To me fat is not a good thing, male or female.

  5. I think Alek Novy’s case is what we can call “the ludic fallacy”, a term coined by Nassim Nicholas Taleb.

    Novy, do you think so?

Have you met up with those who share the same genetic traits like you?
