As I revealed recently, I have been working on a book on online dating. In my notes, I came across a particular incident, which probably won’t show up in that book. However, you may get a kick out of it.

Tinder is a pretty decent tool. You may think it is only for hooking up, but there is a lot more to it. One profile I came across was of a young and pretty attractive woman who wrote that she is not looking for a date, but an apartment or a room in an apartment to live in. It had to be centrally located, of course. Here’s the catch: She wanted to move out from home but could not afford to pay rent, so her idea was to trade pussy for sex. I think she phrased it as “I won’t do the dishes or any work in the apartment, but in exchange for free rent, I’ll help out in other ways ;)”. I assume that she is not willing to spread her legs for just about anyone. She’s on a dating app, after all. Thus, I assume that her approach was to screen landlords in advance. If she thinks someone is hot, she not only gets to fuck him, but also get paid in free rent.

I was so amused by this that I reached out to a few guys I knew to be active on various dating apps. Most of them had come across similar profiles at least once or twice. It is not such a stretch of the imagination for a woman to try to trade her pussy for something more tangible. Of course, as a guy you would be stupid to enter a deal like that. You’d have a live-in whore, which certainly would interfere with your ability to bang other women in your place. Any chick you bring over would raise an eyebrow. Saying, “Oh, that’s Stacy whom I fuck in exchange for letting her stay here” won’t do you any favors.

In addition to the common-law marriage b.s. there is also the problem of getting rid of said whore. In some jurisdictions, it is next to impossible to evict a tenant. When I lived in Berlin, I heard stories of people occupying an apartment rent-free for over two years because the landlord just did not have the power to evict them. Turning off gas, water, or electricity would supposedly be a violation of that leech’s “human rights”, so that is not an option either.

I would love to hear stories about guys who let some whore live with them for free. I bet after the first fuck or so, she got terrible headaches. Oh, and think of the liability of having a woman that deranged accusing you of sexual assault or worse. I can vividly imagine some feminist judge berating an upstanding young man for “taking advantage” of a woman like that, ignoring that all of this was her idea.

As the last point, keep in mind that there are a lot of women who enter the same exchange, but in less explicit terms. While they only fuck some dude so that they can live rent-free, ready to move on when necessary, the guy thinks he has a live-in girlfriend. I have seen this more often than I can count.
