    1. I love the perspective of the anthropologist. What was the ” American perspective” of the 1860s? What was the American perspective of the 1960s? What is it now? Good breakdown.

If I had the money to travel, and the citizens of other countries thought I loved Donald Trump simple because I’m American I would crack up. Same if they thought I supported Dems.

  1. Which way, eastern man?

    https://x.com/kangminjlee/status/1867683667763777659

The left is of course from an HBCU (Historically black college and university), though not the same one as the sorority rush link I posted a while ago. I’m starting to wonder if HBCUs are composed solely of Heffalumps?

(I actually don’t find that Korean girl attractive, but at least she doesn’t look like she downs an entire hotel breakfast buffet every morning.)

    1. Hah! Yeah, something seems to register as subtly different for me as well, though I can’t quite see what it is… 🙂

Funny enough, they seem to actually have a token urban lady in the video (check around 1:10, standing almost level with the base of the field goal. Even at that distance, you can notice a quality difference with the rest of the ladies in terms of face and figure.

Apparently Alabama State actually has a normal-sized squad as well:
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B20-SPb0VoE

And still you can see a quality difference in face, figure, vigor of the performance, and even the choreography.

I speak, of course, of the differences between individuals. We are all unique, and nobody is any better than anyone else. And if they were to be better than someone else, then race would play no part in the difference.

(Race is just a social construct anyway, which is why we can detect and differentiate race instantly with the naked eye.)

    2. @Aaron,

Fucking LOL! My cousin’s wife went to Arizona state. It’s known that the SoCal hotties who can’t get into the unis here, go to ASU. She still has a smokin body. She flirts
with me all of the time LOL.

Once a Sun Devil, always a Sun Devil I guess. My poor Cuck cousin. And NO, I have not gone “there.” It’s just good for the ego 😜

    1. Thanks for posting this. I had to laugh heartily — at the bigoted whites who think that their obsolete Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms and whomever else they may have are “artists”. Not only is the composition of this young and highly sophisticated woman at a level the white race just cannot reach, her lyrics are also of a quality that is simply incomprehensible for the white mind. Putting her lyrics next to a poem by Schiller would be blasphemy. Move out of the way, whitey! The time of the urban ladies and gentlemen is here.

    2. No sweat.

Your mention of great classical composers made me think of a line from Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat, where a character speaks of:
“those long nineteenth-century decades when the peacock colors of the ancient regime died out and the lovely music of Mozart and Haydn gave way to the bombast of Beethoven, which could sound at times too remarkably like the clang of my imaginary Hell’s Bells.”

I wonder what he would have thought of that song. 😀

    3. Her music is so heavenly pure. Not even one word being redundant.

There is no doubt that this female musician has attained an unimaginable level of mastery.

She revolutionized music to the point where it breaks decisively with 18-19th century tradition. Her music calls for a return to simplicity. The richness of melody has been completely replaced by disharmonious elements, a breakthrough we have not seen since the start of our century.

She will definitely leave an indelible mark upon contemporary music.

She is a woman of all ages.

    1. I stopped watching this trailer at 0:16 as I am not going to expose myself to a story that involves a woman in her 60s seducing a young guy. This is beyond ridiculous. The production company, A24, is known for putting out subversive movies and TV shows. Among others, they are behind the TV show Euphoria, which glorifies drugs and sexual degeneracy.

    2. From what I’ve read it’s just about an older woman cheating on her husband (Antonio Banderas) with a young dude. Honestly, I think most women, regardless of age, would choose an older Antonio over this young dude based on looks alone.

    3. Actually this DOES happen in real life. If the guys wants a promotion, a place to stay, use her car, her swimming pool etc. Women tend to do better on average economically today, in the US at least. More gigolos than ever today, and who can blame them? Well, I sure as shit wouldn’t do it 😆

But if that’s the point of the movie, it is culturally significant. But I digress, it is almost certainly NOT the message.

    4. Well, I guess men statistically make more still today. But I’ve seen so many cases of men mooching off semi-successful females. Way more than in the past.

  2. Another big win, another sign of the cultural shift:
    https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/disney-pulls-transgender-storyline-win-or-lose-1236088172/

Even Disney, long one of the worst offenders when it comes to putting out woke trash, is now pulling a transgender storyline from a new show:
A spokesperson for Disney confirmed that the story arc was removed and provided the following statement to THR: “When it comes to animated content for a younger audience, we recognize that many parents would prefer to discuss certain subjects with their children on their own terms and timeline.”

  3. Aaron,
I just learned that Stollen is a popular pastry dish in Germany during the Christmas holidays. Is it good or is it just a lot of hype?

    1. There are many local variants of Stollen. Some are very sugary, others not so much. If you get the chance to try an authentic one, I definitely recommend it. Some families may even have their own recipe, like my mother. In close-knit communities there may even be some exchange of Stollen going on, i.e. the wife bakes a few extra ones to swap with friends, but it is probably more common to give away a few slices nowadays, seeing that families have been getting smaller.

    1. Man, do you really want to analyze shonen anime that way? There’s a trope from TVTropes that explains all of this, it goes “MusclesAreUseless” or something like that.

  4. Ok, I’m officially at the worst shape of my life and I’m starting to worry. But instead of asking for inexistent quick-fix all-encompassing advice, I’ll go over it by parts.

One little dogma in diet/fitness seems to be that, ceteris paribus, caloric intake closer to sleeptime (i.e. dinner) is worse for you than intake earlier in the day; in other words, the same daily intake but with heavier dinner than breakfast or lunch makes you gain more weight than the other way around.

Is there any truth to this (I can imagine Alek telling me impatiently that it’s all “calories in – calories out”)? The thing is, dinner is the only meal where I can relax and feel some enjoyment, whereas with breakfast and lunch I have to think of work coming up really soon, and so I don’t enjoy it. Hence my inclination would be to reduce my intake during the day, but everyone says it’s dinner where I should be chugging oatmeal with minimal sugar. Gloomy prospect.

    1. I had tried intermittent fasting and gained weight. What happened was that I would gorge on my OMD and also drink soda as a reward. I know it was “bad weight” as I got more pair shaped and more rounds near my belly and even skinnier arms. I then went back to 3 meals a day with breakfast. Breakfast really is the most important meal. If you are not hungry, try some berries or oatmeal. It is real easy to go over bored with the sweets early in the morning. I found I really like chocolate with coffee. That could be donuts or even a candy bar or power bar with chocolate bits. If you can substitute it with dark chocolate, even better but it is a vice. So sometimes bananas with my oatmeal to get the sugar fix but not go overboard. If you can cook for your self, that is the winner winner, chicken dinner. It took a long time to like broccoli and I still don’t like it but if I have enough butter, it is tolerable and the on vegetable I over cook. Sweet peppers and onions mixed with whatever protein is affordable. Eggs are more expensive than red meats now, can you believe it? (Peek clown world, remember when eggs were the poor mans protein?)

It takes a while to get used too cooking but once you do you find out you like your cooking better than the restaurants. My advice is don’t skip breakfast, eat a nice lunch. Then dinner should be some veggies and protein. Figure out what you like. Try to avoid late nite snacking. And if you drink beers it will be very tough to avoid a late night meal and usually not the healthiest. IDK if calories in or calories out is better than a specific time but I found OMD/intermitent made me fatter. 3 meals with snacks of bananas or apples and occasional granola bars is much better for me. I am still not in good shape but closer to skinny fat than fat/fat.

    2. Thank you for the input @P.

Yeah, I’d definitely like to be skinny fat instead of what I am now. And no, cooking my own meals is not an option, unfortunately.

    3. @P Ray

Try cheese sauce with the broccoli. It’s awesome. Just don’t over do the cheese sauce. Take more walks. Maybe a short run. Everything in moderation.

    4. I love broccoli. I could eat the thing daily and with minimal flavoring. Too bad I don’t have the option to boil it myself.

    5. Check out the produce department at your local grocery store. They might have pre-cooked broccoli. And like you said, you don’t need anything too great like cheese sauce. Just squeeze a lemon slice on it.

    6. Nah, they don’t. Not in the town where I work. Something’s got to give though, I’ll have to get a rice cooker or something to do some small cooking myself. @P talks about snacking with bananas and the like to quench the sweet tooth, but I don’t even have a sweet tooth, which should help, but I need to cut a lot on other carbs. I’ve also tried snacking with dried fruits (peanuts, which are very cheap in my hometown, but also almonds and cashew seeds) , but it hasn’t helped a whole lot (still better than pure carbs and sweets though).

I’m still wondering about the “heavier dinner = bad” thing. Hope our diet guru Alek will chime in soon.

  5. “Try cheese sauce with the broccoli. It’s awesome. Just don’t over do the cheese sauce. Take more walks. Maybe a short run. Everything in moderation.”

Cheese sauce sounds delicious, I have used other sauces but I think the sauces (just like sodas) are where a lot of extra calories come in. I cook with too much butter but it tastes so good.

As far as walking, that was one thing when I was in an area of prostitution I would walk a bit as the party section and the “red light” section overlapped and I could walk between the two and drink and eat with little suspicion. Unfortunately I am in a less walkable area now.

    1. Yeah, cheez sauce has a lot of sodium too. I stay away from soda almost completely. I don’t know if any trendy diet is the answer, but low carb works for me. So cheez with the broccoli, butter with the green beans as sides for a nice juice steak works for me 😁

  6. “I love broccoli. I could eat the thing daily and with minimal flavoring. Too bad I don’t have the option to boil it myself.”

Is getting an air fryer an option? I have not used one but have seen youtube demoes and it looks promising.

On another note and with Aaron’s permission of course, would it be appropriate to write a post on cooking similar to the Aldyboys post I wrote?

  7. “P Ray,
You are welcome to write a post on cooking. Just email me the draft.”

    Great, what is your email?

    Or, if you prefer,

I can leave a comment and you can post it if it works better that way.

    1. This works as well. If the comment gets put in the spam or moderation queue then please let me know. Depending on the number of links or length this could easily happen.

  8. P Ray’s Quick Cheat Sheet to Cooking…

I am not a pro chef by any means, but I think I have some shortcuts to help bachelor men save time, money and eat healthier. I was the king for eating processed, sugary and fatty food. I did sometimes cook ready made pizza and ate tons of Ramen noodles. When I was abroad (the time I began my encounters with Ladyboys) I began eating more variety but most of it was street foods. The street foods were very tasty so I left my small kitchenette mostly unused. But this got me more interested in food. Since I drank a bit, I didn’t see much weight loss. And after my time abroad I went from skinny fat to fat fat. I am slowly going back to skinny fat.

The street foods I loved so much often included noodles, thin slices of beef and many vegetables, Sometimes sea food or sometimes chicken.
For the sake of this article, I will create three categories: carbs, proteins and veggies. These are not strict categories and I will ignore carbs. My reasoning is that this will be healthier but if you are a runner or cyclist, you may need those carbs. I will also consider things like beans or chili proteins though some may put legumes in the veggies category and I won’t sweat it that some consider sweet peppers fruits rather than veggies.

I began with pan frying in a cast iron skillet. One can easily fins a skillet or pan even at thrift stores or other discount store. Ask a friend or family as they often have things they don’t need in storage. I work from a small stove in a kitchenette but one could work from a single electric burner if that is all they have available. One can start quite modestly. A mini refrigerator should be able to keep enough food for a few good meals. In desperate circumstances, one could use a cooler.

Lets start with the proteins. Safety first, too build some guardrails, one could start with pre cooked meats. That is if it is undercooked, one will not get sick. Try American hot dogs. It isn’t well known but if they are not cooked, most brands are still safe too eat. My guess is this is for liability reasons so if someone tries too cook a hot dog under a camp fire and fails, they still won’t get sick. One could pan fry this. I would recommend coating the pan with butter. Then cut it up and eat it. If carbs are required, maybe try pita bread in place of the traditional hot dog bread. After this, if you have access too a grill, try grilling the hot dogs. Notice the difference in taste. Part of learning too cook any maybe the best part is noticing how the same foods taste different when prepared differently.

Now go a step further and add bacon to the mix. Wrap the hotdog in bacon. Pan fry it until the bacon is crisp. The bacon will add grease so you may use a little less butter. This isn’t the healthiest and probably something you should not eat daily or weekly but enjoy the taste and notice how the bacon has made this entirely different. And again, if possible now try grilling the bacon wrapped hot dog. If you want sinful delight and to hell with the carbs, add cream cheese on your pita bread (or since you are sinning already) regular hot dog bread.

Next try cooking eggs. (Many who say they don’t know how too cook already know how to cook eggs.) Try frying the egg in a pan. You may like your egg a little runny or more cooked. If you have a spatula you can even flip the egg. Now, if you have a pan you can boil the egg in boil it. You will soon find if you like it “hard boiled” with the yellow inside very solid or a little runny. And if you want too keep going, you can break the raw eggs, mix in a bowl and add some milk. Then fry in a pan. This is the famous scrambled eggs. If you have never done this and then do this, you may be surprised that when you eat at a restaurant, eggs were mixed into your food but you didn’t realize it before. Now you will notice little pieces of fried egg that you previously ignored.

    Next onto the advanced stuff…

You can bake meats if you like. I still like to pan fry them. I visually inspect “when it is done” and cook too taste but if you feel safer, you can look up correct cooking temperatures and invest in a thermometer. First, try buying disced chicken. (You can cut up the chicken yourself but for me the time saved is worth it.) Throw one layer of chicken on the pan. You can definitely add seasoning or even marinate it but that is out of the scope of this article. (Even simply throwing on the crushed peepers for pizza will enhance the flavor.) The chickens juices will mix with the butter. And if you are not careful, some of the grease could get on you (ouch!) it will sting a bit. Carefully turn the chicken over with a utensil. And then take a piece out too taste. It should not be pinkish nor should it be dry. If it is a bit too chewy, it is still undercooked and if it is dry, over cooked. It may take a few tries but eventually you will get it “just right.”

Onto beef. If you live in an area with Hispanics, you can find beef made for tacos. This can bee a good starting point as there is seasoning added and it is chopped up or ground beef. You will see the meat go from a reddish to a brownish as it cooks. Very similar too chicken but a little easier to see. You may have to cut into a few larger pieces too make sure it is cooked thoroughly.

    And then there was fish…

(Read up on mercury and decide what your comfort levels are…)

Many on Youtube say it is really good for you and I find it is more affordable than beef and sometimes chicken. I like Salmon. Again, I will cook it in butter and similar to chicken at medium, high heat. Sometimes I will pour a strong ale on it too add too the flavor! You will know it is done when you can easily push your fork through it. And it won’t smell very fishy (Please no jokes about Amanda Marcottes vagina!)

There is much more to talk about with seasonings and spices but I will leave it too the smart commenters hear!

The next thing is veggies! Talking about guard rails, the easiest way to get started is find a salad bar where it is safe to eat uncooked. If you under cook it, it will be no big deal. And you may experiment. I still prefer butter but you can try cooking veggies in olive oil. After that, you can find veggies too cut up and also stir fry.

And onto frozen veggies. Contrary to popular belief, these do not lose many nutrients. And they are often affordable. What I like to do is put lots of butter on the pan, heat until it is sizzling and dump on layer of frozen veggies on the pan. Then as they start steaming up, I put a lid on it. Leave just a tiny portion for some of the steam to escape. Check every few minutes. Ideally the bottoms will be browned but not burnt and the tops will still be crunchy. Hopefully most of the water escapes so it isn’t soggy. This is a way to get some things like cauliflower and broccoli.

Now that you have a method to get a few proteins and a few different veggies you can see that you can easily have a few different meals a few nights a week with maybe two meats and some frozen veggies and some fresh veggies. Of course there are other ways to prepare both the protiens and the veggies but I hope this is a good starting point. And of course you can cheat a little and say microwave a can of chili and mix it with veggies on a day you don’t feel like preparing a protein.

Thanks again Aaron for being open minded and letting me present something different than the usual!

  9. Does anyone here have links to all of Wheat Waffle’s unlisted videos?

I remember there was a video where part of it had Wheat talking about bluepill channels (youtuber PsychtoGo was listed among them), red pill channels, and black pill channels (he lists himself among these). Trying to look for it again, but have been unsuccessful.

    Wokeism ruins everything…

    1. I do not follow this guy, but some YouTubers use alternative sites such as Rumble, Bitchute, or Odysee as backups where they keep videos that are not kosher for mainstream sites. Using alternative search engines like yandex.com also sometimes helps with tracking down videos Google wants to protect you from.

    2. https://rumble.com/c/c-2284557

Looks like some of Wheat’s removed videos are found here, but sadly not all of them. The video I was looking for doesn’t seem to be here.

I’ve linked to this website before, but only now learned that its a good alternative to youtube for uploading stuff that’s less accepted in the mainstream. Good to know.

  10. Aaron, I figured you’d get a kick out of this musical number with a young Jewish girl horrified by modern Jewish culture:
