Ghost ‘n Goblins Resurrection looks pretty interesting. The art style is great, and it’s not just a lame cash-in as Capcom brought back the creator of this series. The game is absolutely brutal. In this video one of the best players of this franchise talks about how he was stuck on some checkpoints, despite infinite lives, for six or more hours:
I actually have this game on Switch. I made the mistake of playing it on one of the harder difficulties. I gave up on this about halfway through and actually forgot that I even had it. Now that I’ve since gotten into shmups a bit I would have no shame about restarting this game on very easy or whatever the equivalent is. I will say that the movement of your character doesn’t feel the greatest, but I suppose that’s by design. You feel pretty weak and shitty in this game.
Btw, my uncle used to be able to completely beat the SNES game Ghouls and Ghosts. To do so you must first complete the game once, which is tough enough, and then do so again but instead defeat the final boss with the shitty bracelet weapon.
This reminds me of an article I wanted to write but dropped as it would be too specific to gaming: The homogenization of games is also visible in control schemes. In the past, it took time to learn how to play a new game. Ghouls and Ghosts is a great example as it plays radically different compared to Super Mario World. Contra III and Castlevania IV likewise take a bit of time to get used to. Today, though, in particular when it comes to gamepad-based control schemes, there is often an extremely flat if not nonexistent learning curve. One FPS plays like the next, and third-person games also have very similar control schemes. A noteworthy exception is Dark Souls, with its clunky controls. In contrast, a game like Devil May Cry V is very easy to pick up and play.
Your uncle must have been quite the gamer! Ghouls and Ghosts is probably one of the most difficult SNES games. I think that the wider gaming audience misunderstood the design. This is a game with two loops, and technically you finish it after the first loop, similar to shmups. However, Capcom took the then very unusual step of explaining why there is another loop. In contrast, games like Castlevania IV or Axelay just put you at the beginning of the next loop, without any explanation at all. Old arcade games looped infinitely often. In the nineties, some companies limited their games to two loops, and a few years later loops were dropped in favor of different game modes. Death mode in Tetris the Grand Master 2 is technically also a two-loop game as the credits roll at the half-way mark if you were not fast enough.
“The homogenization of games is also visible in control schemes. In the past, it took time to learn how to play a new game. Ghouls and Ghosts is a great example…”
Actually, now that you mention it Ghouls and Ghosts was the first game I ever played that utilized double jumping. I was definitely expecting that mechanic to make it into Resurrection, but I suppose the collect-athon based skill tree system is a nice compromise. I never played the original NES Goblins game, so I don’t remember if it had double jumping (I’m guessing not).
Also, the original Gaiden games, having gone back and checked them out within the last few years, are extremely forward-thinking in terms of controls, I thought. You actually feel pretty damn maneuverable (relative to most games from that time period) while controlling the ninja.
Ghouls and Ghosts does not have the double jump. There has been quite some experimentation with the control scheme and abilities in this series, much more than you would see nowadays. For instance, in some games you can shoot in four directions, in others just in two. Of course, enemy positioning and movement was adjusted to take this into account.
“Gaiden” means “side story”, so using this as a shorthand for Ninja Gaiden is potentially confusing to people familiar with this term. We can thank marketing executives for that as Ninja Gaiden is called Ninja Ryukenden in Japan.
I just went and checked out a Gaiden run. I noticed that it had some really primitive cutscenes and a cool little plot. People must have been overall quite impressed by that game back in 1989.
This game was surely the equivalent of a high-production value AAA game in later years. The cutscenees were way ahead of its time.
I must have Ghouls ‘N Ghosts mixed up with Super Ghouls ‘N Ghosts. Apparently the OG Ghosts and Goblins was a 1985 arcade cabinet? I bet it was pretty brutal. Speaking old arcade cabs, have you by chance checked out much of the MK1 footage? I was just thinking about how Ed Boon has managed to keep that franchise relevant for so long.
I have watched a little bit of MK1 gameplay, mainly just to see how koscher it was. This franchise used to shove tits in your face, until MK11. MK1 is staying the course, unfortunately. It is indeed remarkable that this franchise has remained relevant for over 30 years. I recall reading that it was the best-selling fighting game franchise after Smash Bros. which some would consider its own genre. (I just read that MK has surpassed Smash Bros. in sales figures.)
Hey guys, let’s list some mainstream Hollywood sexiest scenes. I nominate this one from Fast Times at Ridgemont High:
https://youtu.be/2IoPHRd2Hnc
Three reasons:
1. Phoebe Cates (I can really end it with that).
2. Fantasy factor. No girl would ever do this (and indeed it was just a fantasy in the movie).
3. Relatability. What guy hasn’t done this in high school after a super hot girl was semi-nice to them?
With the whole “Anti-Aging” topic that went on awhile ago, does this necessarily bode well for guys who have gotten into the game at a later age? (which is probably a sizable percentage of the reader base here.)
You’ve discussed before about how being a late-bloomer is actually a blessing in disguise. I agree with you because a lot of the “naturals” (guys who were successful with girls even at a young age.) I personally knew got hitched up quite early, with women who,if they were given the chance to turn back the clock, they probably would not have chosen to settle down and have kids with. (assuming they weren’t outright “oopsie’d”)
As a browser of reddit,I often see big age gaps stigmatized. To a lot of people, you are automatically a “creep” if you date a chick a decade younger than you. Interestingly, after my dad separated from my mom,he settled down with a chick 2 decades his junior. I definitely wouldn’t call her a high-quality woman (there’s a myriad of issues that came with her,but this is not the place to go into detail about that),but I guess its not a bad pull given his resources. (she’s at least a submissive housewife to him)
I imagine the real barrier is the decaying of your looks that comes with age. if you could bypass this, maybe more women wouldn’t have an issue with it. A lot of women probably wouldn’t have qualms about sleeping with this guy for example:
https://www.boredpanda.com/50-year-old-photographer-asian-do-not-age-chuando-tan/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic
Some probably still would though just because of social norms/societal programming.
This guy certainly looks young for his age, but he does not look as if he is in his 20s. My guess would have been mid to late 30s. Still, the general point stands, i.e. he would face fewer hurdles with regards to dating young women than most of his contemporaries.
I watched TV segments featuring this guy. To me he looks 20-something. I wonder why I never put him through those age-detection tools. Let me do that know.
I only found a few good pics, he mostly wears glasses or is far from camera. But tests came back 25-29.
The images are quite grainy and they are overexposed. Also, guys use filters, too. On Instagram I saw a few pictures in which it seems that he is using make-up. Let me know if you find a high-res picture of him in good lighting. This is nothing I want to spend much time on, but my impression is that his pictures are dodgy.
Guys get their first wrinkles and fine lines already at 30, some even sooner. He has zero (resting) wrinkles on his face. I would have assumed retouching seeing his pics, but I watched tv interviews with him. He looks even younger in video than images, literally 100% smooth wrinkle-free face, which guys don’t have above 29.
Sure but I saw him in video interviews. No wrinkles. Google images has plenty of images and they’re sufficiently hires.
I actually spent the last month really getting into this stuff. I can open any photo and know exactly how much to reduce which wrinkle to produce what reduction in age.
It’s possible that all media and agencies and advertisers and anyone collaborating with him is part of the scam and colluding with him and they all use deaging cgi technology.
But why? Sounds a bit excessive. Why would there be an entire fake person and anyone hiring him be part of this scam?
DeAging is already here. The pictures of brad pitt from Wimbledon going viral is pretty interesting. I found it funny nobody noticed that he has the arms and hands of a 59 year old. They were too busy noticing his 33 year old face. Dude really forgot to apply the same treatment outside his face.
It’s why deaging experts always talk about hey don’t forget the hands, they age too. Brad Pitt looks freaky with that contrast. It’s like a different person below the neck.
I was not aware of those pictures. The contrast between Brad Pitt at Wimbledon 2023 and the time of his divorce from Angelina Jolie are quite revealing. He really looks a lot younger nowadays.
Yep. Interestingly the dailymail article references the divorce and how it might have impacted him getting serious about de-aging.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-12306407/Brad-Pitt-59-wows-viewers-ageless-good-looks-Wimbledon.html
I used the age tool on three chicks and a guy I work with. All of them are 22-23. However, the results were quite off. It guessed they were 26, 28, 30 and 32. None of the chicks were wearing heavy makeup, just some mascara on a couple of them and no foundation. The guy was rated as looking the oldest of all of them. I wondered if it was perhaps the florescent lighting, but it still guess my age pretty much exactly.
Was this with picture after using tretinoin? Does it mean the tretinoin didn’t work for you, or does it mean you looked older than your chronological age when you started.
I don’t have an answer. My skin certainly looks better, that much is true. It’s possible I looked older, but it’s also possible that a few months of the tret use isn’t enough to make a massive difference. Cell turnover rates typically take somewhere from 28-40 days, and the tret will speed this process up. Check back in 3-6 months. I just think it’s crazy how old people apparently appear for their age. These were all people who don’t smoke or spend ridiculous amounts of time in the sun. It has to be either genetics or diet mostly screwing them over.
I’ve already reduced 2 years of age after 3-and-a-half weeks. It’s not just the ai. The nasolabial on my left side is completely gone, and on the right it’s a lot smaller.
Before I started I had small nasolabial on the left, and deep nasolabial on the right.
I didn’t just retinol though. I also use daily hyloronic stuff, and used peeling once a week. Also my frequency of Retinol is high. Two times a day (not per week).
I also just got some peptides and vitaminC/collagen based stuff as well. So I’m combining 4 things now. Will report back in 3 months as well.
DeAging topical, not supplement. I will eventually throw in some quality oral collagen as well.
He definitely looks good for his age.
I can’t get over the hype of antiaging guru, Bryan Johnson. I thought the guy was in his 50’s and was shocked to find out he’s only 45. He looks like ill! He’s also super rich yet can’t afford a better hair dye?
Aaron,
This whole anti-aging strikes me as an insecurity, perhaps a self-identity challenge among men who are trying relive their youth. The fear and/or anxiety of not being lusted after and the absence of validation, perhaps these men didn’t have that crazy sex life they desired. Correct me if I am wrong.
Personally, I’m not worried about getting older and having a few wrinkles. I still get told by women that I look young for my age. However, if you were to see me you would think I look older, and this is due to my premature gray hair. I have more gray hair that the average person. I get told by women that if I were to dye my hair, I would look younger. Its the gray hair that makes me look older, but my skin is still good.
Are you saying that Brad Pitt is an insecure man trying to relive his youth because he didn’t have enough sex?
You might say *oh but it’s different, his job to look good”. Not really, he said that he is retiring. He is doing it for his own personal life.
Maybe back in the past where it involved surgery and Botox I would have agreed with you. Nowadays it’s 2 minutes a day of care, and then maintenance is 4 minutes a week.
Is building muscle past 35 an act of insecurity and wanting to relive youth?
@Alek
If its for personal reason then yes its an insecurity issue unless its for work purposes. I never said that he’s insecure because he didn’t get laid enough.
If you’re trying to build muscle like Arnold when he won Mr. Olympia then there’s some deep rooted issue.
The comparison is off. Comparing to Arnold size would be equivalent if someone is trying to look like a 20 year old (which is impossible anyway). The best you can get is 33.
If you still haven’t gotten to the point where it changes what benefits you get in general and you can still get hotties, it’s easy to be cocky.
Or perhaps you really really like 40 year old women.
Know this. By the time it gets so bad that substantially changes your rate of getting hotties, it will be TOO LATE to start. I’m not yet at an age where it prevents me from getting hotties or resulting in ageism in business. But I will be in some years. I’m doing this preventively, and my guess is that pickernannt is similar.
If I wait 7 years and then start it will be too late. But in any case I wish you lots of hot sex with those 40 year olds, mister secure.
On another note, if something makes you more secure in some arbitrary area then why not do it assuming you have the intrinsic/extrinsic motivation? It’s like going up to some dude who is balling and being like, “why do you make all those millions of dollars for? Are you financially insecure or something?” Also, why even fuck chicks in the first place? Why even get a job above the service industry level? Why do anything? This is almost like blue pill tier just be yourself bro kind of thinking.
Exactly. Don’t be above average in anything, that’s insecurity. Be secure in your averageness.
I just thought of a much better example. For me personally, I noticed in my early 30s that my hair line recedes to like a Norwood 2 and luckily it just stopped there. I guess people refer to that as a mature hair line or whatever. So, just because I got lucky snd never went bald, it’s like if I looked at some guy in his early 20s who is reaching a Norwood 3 and being like, “hey bro, just shave it. Be secure in yourself, bro.” When all he needed to do to save his hair was start popping a finasteride tablet a day and rubbing some foam minoxidil into his scalp before it was too late. All of which would take 5 mins a day if that. But instead, he took my shitty advice and has a bald head and is unfortunate enough to not look like Jason Statham.
Exactly, good equivalent.
– It’s why I have to remind that we’re discussing a 5 minute-a-day initial investment, and a 5 minute a WEEK investment to maintain.
– Perhaps Chris is like those chicks who because they still haven’t hit the wall yet, think that it will never happen, so they act all cocky until its too late.
Not investing 4 minutes a week to have an additional 5-10 years of fucking hotties, and resorting to banging 40 year old chicks to show how secure you are. That sounds more of an insecurity to men than anything, this “I am more secure than brad pitt” shit sounds like a compensation.
Chris, let’s continue this discussion in 7 years. You can come in here and tell us how happy you are that you can’t get any hot chicks, and you’re so happy you didn’t invest 4 minutes a week to prevent it. You proved how secure you are by banging 40 year olds instead. What an accomplishment. You resisted the urge to prolong the hottie-banging period. What a massive hero of security.
@Alek
“But in any case I wish you lots of hot sex with those 40 year olds, mister secure.”
Thank for the best wishes. Oddly enough, I’m 40 and still pull late 20s without using status or resources. I’ve always manage to pull girls who are between 10 and 13 years younger than me. Next time I’m banging some old menopausal woman who’s 30 pounds (14kg) overweight I will definitely be thinking of you.
“It’s why I have to remind that we’re discussing a 5 minute-a-day initial investment, and a 5 minute a WEEK investment to maintain.”
To put this into perspective, and considering that Chris claims to pull chicks solely based off looks, then I’d say it’s safe to assume he probably is into fitness. Compare like half an hour a week of skin care to how much time it takes to go to the gym, do the workouts, prepare nutritious foods to recover from those workouts etc. Now that I think of it, you should just save yourself the time, quit working out and have Door Dash deliver you McDonalds everyday.
Do you have reading issues? The discussion is about 5-7-10 years from now or whenever you hit the wall. Do you GET THIS?
So I made a good assumption. The point is this. It’s too late to start AFTER it happens. By the time it comes (and the wall hits men just like it hits women, just later), you will wish you weren’t such an arrogant cunt (like those right-before-wall-hit chicks), and you will wish you had started in time (preventatively).
Your dick-measuring isn’t exactly indicative of being “very secure in yourself”. If anything, it’s the opposite.
Funny you should mention this. I thought of this exact thing last night as I was lifting weights. I was like wait… this is literally 100x (10,000%) more of an investment in time, effort and money. Not that I plan on no longer lifting weights, it just was an interesting observation.
I also do not really care about getting older. My hair and beard are graying, but this is just part of life. When women tell you that you should dye your hair, I think they project their own insecurities on you as they would dye their hair in an attempt to conceal their age.
It’s much less than 30 for maintenance.
– Applying tretinoin is like 20 seconds, so 3x a week = 60 seconds
– Putting on protection before going out in the sun, 20 seconds, so 10 times a week = 200 seconds
That’s 5 minutes a week, and it’s all it takes for maintenance. Now, you can only do this 5-minute-a week investment for the initial de-aging as well. Or if you want to get there faster (3 months instead of 12), you can invest 20 minutes a week, and after 3 months switch to the 5 minute-a-week-routine.
Which as we know makes you insecure, since investing 5 minutes a week in delaying the wall by 7 years just reeks of insecurity. But investing 500 minutes a week in the gym doesn’t.
This reminds me of something else I wanted to mention (for all the insecure small dick bois out there).
In short:
– Looking at the studies I learned that at least HALF of the effect people see from starting stuff like this actually comes from the sunscreen. Signs of aging are mostly just sun damage.
— The sunscreen works to reduce signs of age (sun damage) even if you already have it
— The other stuff reduces the sun damage further. Which you wouldn’t even have if you had used sunscreen in your 20s
– However, if you applied sunscreen and did it since your 20s, you might not even need this stuff. We’re basically reversing skin-damage in a nutshell, which you wouldn’t even have if you had used sunscreen.
*-You will learn this when you look at studies on stuff like tretinoin, peptides, etc. The “placebo” groups usually have half of the results of the working group. So if the real group gets a 40% reduction in sun damage, the placebo group gets 20%. But it should be ZERO since they get a FAKE product, right? Turns out they tell both groups they have to use sunscreen. So the placebo groups use sunscreen + fake tretinoin (for example), and still get half the same results.
Can you recommend any concrete sunscreen product? There is a ton of them on the market and price varies a lot as well. Or it doesn’t really matter in this case I can buy the cheapest.
@Alek
“Perhaps Chris is like those chicks who because they still haven’t hit the wall yet, think that it will never happen, so they act all cocky until its too late.”
I know that one day I will hit that wall, and guess what? I’m ok with it. I’m not concerned or worried about it. I’m no longer in a position seeking out validation from women.
“However, if you applied sunscreen and did it since your 20s, you might not even need this stuff.”
Personally, I do not use sunscreen. Here’s a little fun fact about me. I’m a long-distance runner. I run marathons. I’ve been running marathons since I was 14 years old, and I have exposed myself to countless UVA/UVB rays. I never once used sunscreen. My mom has always nagged me about using sunscreen. Oddly enough, I do not have sun damaged to my face or other parts of my body. Apparently, since you are so focused on your beauty regiment perhaps you should invest some time into sleeping. My parents taught me the importance of sleep which is highly underrated in Western society. You will be surprised the effects of sleep has on your body. In one way or another sleep is the fountain of youth. Currently, I work graveyard and it hasn’t accelerated the aging process. The best thing you can do if you want to slow down the aging process is to sleep more and get some quality sleep and avoid/minimize process food, seed oils, and processed sugar. Those two things will benefit you a lot more than applying ten pounds of make-up and doing your beauty regiment.
@Pickernanny
“I’d say it’s safe to assume he probably is into fitness.”
You are correct. I am into fitness and nutrition, but I also don’t go overboard with it.
@Michał
I recommend you use a mineral based sunscreen and refrain from using a chemical sunscreen since its more harmful to your body and skin than a mineral based. I’m not sure where you live, but I live in the U.S. There’s only two brands I recommend, “Badger” and “Babo”.
@Michal
Ask Chris for permission first though. Apparently reversing sun damage is a sign of insecurity.
I’m guessing following that logic, then preventing future damage is also a massive sign of insecurity.
Though sunscreen does partially reverse accumulated damage, so I guess you can’t use it at all. Otherwise you’re insecure.
However moving heavy objects for hours back and forth is ok as long as you’re not trying to be the best in the world, in which case it is again a sign of insecurity and also a no no.
I thought of some more reasons why people shouldn’t get hung up on this whole blue-pilled anything that involves self-improvement is a sign of insecurity and will result in you remaining a clueless beta incel thing.
Take Donald Trump. I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that he got a hair transplant at some point (maybe the 80s) and has been using finasteride since to keep it from falling back out. Consider that simply being bald would have most definitely hindered his ability to have ever been elected based off the sheer number of hair follicles growing on his scalp.
Another real world example is of a dude that was minding his own business when he was sucker punched in the nose causing a deviated septum. He eventually sought to have it remodeled because it was unsightly, affecting his confidence and thus affecting his lay count indirectly as well as directly, since it looked bad.
Another real world example similar to the guy above is someone that had moderate to severe cystic acne which left significant scarring. The reversal treatment for this cosmetic deformity (subcision/filler) was much cheaper than a rhinoplasty and made a world of difference in not only how he perceived himself, but also how women and employers saw him.
Also, I can imagine someone having been attacked by a shark and losing a leg, and instead of encouraging that person to seek out an artificial limb so they can walk again you instead remind them that they are desperately attempting to relive their glory days as able-bodied person and are therefore super insecure. So, when we discuss strategies and trade notes on simple skincare routines that moderately to significantly improve your appearance at a fraction of the price of all the above example’s remedies, you can start to get a feel for how silly it sounds to just write it off as insecure and trying to relive your youth.
Great summary.
I’m also reminded of the PUA days where they really took it to an extreme. I remember RSD purposefully preaching to handicap yourself, and you even had that entire phase of PUAs promoting not showering. That was an actual thing. Apparently lays only count if you handicap yourself as much as possible.
In addition to handicapping yourself, remember to wait at least 8 hours (or whatever made up amount of time) of actual interaction time with any particular woman before you put your dick in her. Failing to do so results in a “fool’s mate” which means you didn’t actually score. Banging a chick ASAP is a serious sign of that one has an inadequate sense of self, and probably commitment issues brought on from issues with toxic male role models.
About sunscreen, this video came up discussing studies on sunscreen etc:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9NAF5Q5B5k
I just skipped around, but it looks like it would be a good resource. Apparently people who used sunscreen, never developed signs of aging.
Now I’m struggling how to parse this. Were they insecure because they did something to prevent the damage? Or are you only insecure if you want to fix it after you learn (too late) you should have used sunscreen (coz nobody told you).
I think the true answer is that you must adapt to the Viking ways and go crusading without sunscreen. Whenever you get horny your skin damage won’t matter because you can just take pussy whenever you please. Anything less is a massive signal that you aren’t secure with your innate masculine nature.
>Funny you should mention this. I thought of this exact thing last night as I was lifting weights. I was like wait… this is literally 100x (10,000%) more of an investment in time, effort and money.
I arrived at this myself quite recently, and I feel so stupid for not realizing it earlier. There are things which most certainly increase your attractiveness more than hitting the gym:
1) Leanness
2) Skincare
3) Maxxed out haircut
4) Good clothes/accessories
The first two are also observably good for health, unlike gym where the evidence is not quite as compelling.
It feels outright insane to even go to gym before you have maxxed out the four things above. Add to that the fact that most gym goers over fixate on weights and permabulk, which makes them less attractve.
Btw, Alek, the last time you recommended watching Sinclair’s videos, but he seems to have shady history, advocated for Pfizer juice, and appears to be using face filters in some videos. So I don’t trust him too much. How do I tell which of his advices are legit, and which are just snake oil?
That’s why I was recently happy to find out there are a ton of good dumbbell exercises.
It allows you to weight train in a much more efficient and time saving way. Just do a set here and there in between stretches if work. Assuming you work from home like I do.
I actually have a nice little home gym in terms of bars and plates… I just never got around to buying new bench since I was always combining with the nearby gym.
I feel embarrassed to say it, but I thought I had to go to the gym since a lot of the classic dumbbell exercises require a lot of weight (and also a bench). They’re dangerous at the weights I’d have to use.
Turns out, there are alternative variations where you can much smaller weights. Now I can literally do everything except legs at home.
So 3 times a month in the commercial gym, and the rest at home. This is a combo I’ll be trying over the next 3 months. In parallel with my other experiment.
Which dumbbell exercises do you do?
There’s a ton, I just googled dumbbell exercises for x; being for the muscle groups I used to have to train for the gym. And then discovered there’s literally hundreds of dumbbell variations you can do at home. Most of these do not appear in tracking apps and such, they only list the bodybuilding classics, but there’s like 100x more exercises out there other than just what’s used in traditional bodybuilding. Men’s health often has articles with trainers sharing these.
For example I found these two for chest:
– Standing overhead diagonal chest flye
– Diagonal front dumbbells press
Really nice, since all the famous exercises for chest require both a ton of weight, and a bench. My other major issue was triceps, the only exercises I learned for triceps from my bodybuilding days were undoable at home, since I had to use an insane amount of weight to even get below 15 reps (non-dangerous weights I could lift 30-40-50-60 reps). I actually had to train triceps in the gym.
Another example is for triceps:
I found out that variations on triceps kickbacks can be done with a lot lower weights and I feel just the same in the triceps.
No experts, maybe these exercises don’t do anything and there’s a reason bodybuilders do the other ones. But if it’s like a 10% difference in effectiveness, I don’t care; the benefit in saving time and not having to go to the gym more than pays for it.
Those who want to exercise at home should also take a look at resistance bands. You can hit almost any muscle with them and they are much cheaper than buying a set of weights. I’m mostly using them as a replacement for cable machine. For instance, you can tie them on a pull up bar and use them to hit triceps. They also come quite handy when travelling.
I was just looking at buying some again. I had them many years ago, but I can’t rwmbwr why I never used them. Did they not provide enough resistance, or was I just too lazy to figure them out. Can’t remember.
I’ll be getting some in any case because cable machines are the other big reason I ever go to a commercial gym. If I had a cable thing at home, I wouldn’t visit a gym ever again, I’m pretty sure.
How do I post with paragraph breaks and properly formatted lists?

I’m happy to report I just went and got me hydrolyzed collagen. It was the missing ingredient in my insecurity stack. I will be keeping you all up to date on my insecurity transformation, maybe with a report in 3 months.
You said you are using Vitamin C topically? I’ve heard that most vitamin C serums are inefficient because they decompose very quickly due to environmental exposure. For good results you need more stable formulations and those are quite expensive.
Btw, I love the name “insecurity stack” XD
Yah, I have some serum which is like a mix of topical vitamin C and topical collagen. The two weakest topicals. Least proven and least likely to do a lot.
Added it just coz it was there on sale and cheap. Its the retinoids, peptides and oral collagen that are most promising.
“Btw, I love the name “insecurity stack” XD”
This and something else he was saying about asking Chris for permission first made me laugh out loud in public. I’m about to create a few alts and start trolling him just to get him on some more rants.
Unless his content is covered by a trustworthy Youtuber, I’d say only way is to do your own research. Search him on Google Scholar and start reading his publications. Almost everything on Youtube is overhyped. Scientific publications are somewhat less so because they have to go through peer review.
I would not trust peer review too much as academia is rotten to the core nowadays. All the papers advocating for masks or downplaying the side effects of the vaxx also went through peer review.
I mentioned him as someone who’s good at summarizing the current and future state of things for tge age rejuvenation and reversal fields.
His character doesn’t matter in this context, his role as the elegant curator of the fieldv does.
Also I find it funny that people have an issue with fillers as if it was some kind of cheating.
It implies people think age rejuvenation should make faces younger. That’s not true.
Fact is that once the damage to the face is done, then it’s done. If you reverse your age and make your body function as a younger body, it will not change how your face looks.
