For the next seven days, you can pick up the Castlevania Anniversary Collection as well as the pretty well-regarded puzzle game Snakebird for free on the Epic game store:

Allegedly, Microsoft employs an early-20s chick as the “product manager” for the Xbox brand, which used to be synonymous with dudebros and quite popular but today is quite irrelevant:
While Western game developers are competing about who is able to create the most repulsive female character, South Korea gives us games like The First Descendant, with player characters that look like supermodels (hypermodels?), see below, and which will soon also get jiggle physics. It really is a big mystery why such games are appealing, even if the actual game mechanics are not always impressive.
I wonder if Asian developers pack their games to the gills with hot anime girls in order to provoke Western games journalists. Here is a trailer for Azure Paradise, which the game studio markets as a “3D Waifu Sci-Fi RPG Shooter”. They certainly did good market research.
I wonder how well swapping the male character in The Witcher for a female one. Noteworthy is that Ciri is quite attractive in The Witcher III. In the fourth game, though, she will be fifteen years older and at best passable-looking:

Asia puts out one hit after another. The latest one is Infinity Nikki. It almost seems as if people like attractive female characters:

In contrast, Naughty Dog recently released the trailer for their next game. It has not found a warm reception.
Is the Naughty Dog trailer the one with that blasian hermaph… I mean, lady? I saw stills of it. Not pleasant.
Yes, indeed. I recommend watching it as it is unbelievably bad. At first, the director of the trailer tries to reel you in with some action-heavy anime footage but then the horror unfolds. There is also a female version of Snake Plissken, at least in terms of appearance.
