  1. When I share that I have a visceral disgust response at things like Drag Queen Story Hour, people often dismiss it as cultural. I am an atheist; however, I was raised Protestant. It certainly doesn’t FEEL cultural. it FEELS primal. Is there a cogent way to argue against this common dismissal of my disgust being cultural?

    1. The voice of reason doesn’t resonate with the majority of modern people. I found a certain amount of peace when I realized that it was wasted effort debating with the common man. In my opinion, you endeavors in this matter will be futile. You might even be ostracized from your community or ruin your career in the process. Just my two cents.

    2. I agree with Pickernanny. Additionally it sours your mood and might – if you do not keep enough emotional distance – even negatively effect your health by raising your blood pressure etc. I know from experience how this can pull one down. Not worth it. Best to develop a stoic attitude about this. (Easier said than done, I know.)

By the way, I file people who have lived a certain amount of years in our society and still blindly follow the mainstream narrative on each or on most of the major societal issues as morons that can’t be saved (and probably should not be saved from an evo-psych perspective even if they are (rather) smart). The only real shame here is that they drag down their less clueless citizens with them into the abyss.

    3. I live in Asia, so I can get away with running my mouth a bit more as long as I keep it off any normie social media accounts with my face on it. That said, point taken guys.

    4. Where in Asia do you live? During my travels, I’ve found that the people I met didn’t need much convincing as the Chinese are a pretty red-pilled bunch overall.

    5. There is a better way to spend your time and energy. Trying to educate the NPC horde is like trying to swim in quicksand.

    6. Thanks for this thought-provoking comment. I’ll have more to say on this in a separate blog post. After thinking about this issue for a bit, it seems safe to say that your friends are engaging in a false dichotomy because it’s quite obvious that there is a big genetic component behind your culture. For instance, in Northern Europe, survival was very difficult, thus any man who wasn’t able to cooperate and follow a plan would be a lot less likely to pass on his genes. Thus, is it any surprise that we used to build cathedrals? Those projects were enormous undertakings, spanning generations. I can’t help but be in awe of such achievements. I think this could only have happened in a harsh environment, which seems to explain quite well why there are no cathedrals in Africa.

With regards to your example of Drag Queen Story Hour: of course a low disgust threshold has evolutionary advantages. Thus, some soy-boy faggot is a lot less likely to pass on his genes. Today, this connection is no longer so obvious because we have eliminated the challenge of survival, to the detriment of society as a whole. Yet, low-T cuckery is still a genetic dead end. They pay for their support of sexual deviancy with a decreased chance of procreation, and not just if they cut off their dicks. Their unmanliness makes it also less likely that they actively pursue women and get laid, and if you don’t manage to do that, you will find it a lot more difficult to knock up some chick.

    7. @AaronSleazy, I live in Vietnam, but I’m an expat. I was referring to interactions with other expats.

  2. What do you guys think when modern women call a woman “strong?”. In my experience 9/10 times it = bitch. Then they’ll say some bullshit that women have to behave that way in a man’s world to get ahead. Or that only females are interpreted that way, when a man can get away with it. Bullshit. if a guys an asshole, I call him an asshole.

And I love how modern day feminists are fighting a patriarchy that died about 50 fucking years ago. Somehow they need to be “strong” in the face of simps and cucks.

    1. This video is crazy. I had to laugh at the first few seconds when I saw the driver of the car losing control. It looks like effing GTA, except with a much higher ratio of so-called minorities. This is the future of the West. We’ve saddled all our countries with people who are incompatible with our culture. It would have been obvious from the start but tell that to someone who is blinded by ideology.

  3. I was just thinking today about “Black Lives Matter.”

Ok, yeah….so what about all of the people we kill every day with drone strikes? what about all of the American GI’s killed every day in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and LITERALLY countries I can’t name??

When I was growing up the media and Hollywood had a circle jerk criticising the Vietnam War. This was over 2 fucking decades after the conflict ENDED. Yet, they say not a Goddamn thing about American boys dying in far off exotic places today, for reasons nobody can illustrate. I guess if it’s for Zionism it’s ok with them.

Can you imagine receiving a letter stating: “The Defense Department regrets to inform you……”

    1. I agree. Sure there are films like The Hurt Locker, which was anti war and well-received, but it’s a far cry in popularity from the WW2 films and Nam anti war films, which as you said, were released decades after the wars they were based on.

    2. Are you sure this is how those letters are worded nowadays? I wouldn’t put it past them to use phrases like, “We are pleased to inform you that your son has joined the ranks of American heroes, giving his life for the glory of the Zionist-American Empire.”

  4. Aaron,
On your last Open Thread 72, a couple of your readers commented on Scotty from Good Loosing Loser. You also mention that you have met him in person. I saw the YouTube video link that was posted. He is very dominant, has a strong presence, the commoner (average person) will be intimidated by his aura and presence.

How can a man develop a presence like him? Come across as intimidating and have a strong presence without the tattoos. Is Scotty presence more of a benefit for casual hooks up or relationships? Or both? What’s your view on having a strong presence like him?

    1. He’s pretty jacked. I’d start there. Get a pair of boots and height-increasing soles

    2. I could clearly tell that the PUA was intimidated by him at several junctures. I think that type of energy is innate. It’s too much for some women, but clearly not all.

  5. I have to admit I know as much about stock markets and finances as your average thot – next to nothing. So as the Euro is about to crash somewhen in the near future (despite its fate lying in the competent hands of leaders of high wisdom, intelligence and integrity – such as Angela Merkel, Emmanuel Micron and Christine Lagarde) should I now invest into precious metals? Any fellow “eurofags” reading? How do you shield yourself from the upcoming crash?

Furthermore, do you think an “actual” financial crash, i.e. something more concrete (for the lack of a better term) than the one of 08/09, will inevitably lead to (at least minor) “peaceful protests” given the current degree of vibrant diversity(TM) in Western Europe? (I would think so.) How bad do you think might it get?

    1. Of course there will be protests when the gibs run out. The people dependent on it will perceive it as gene death.

    2. In the U.S., most of the smart productive people will flee, businesses will pack up, truckers will refuse to take contracts in lawless cities, and taxes will be raised on the lower class too poor to escape from the cities. The welfare system would fall apart quickly, stoking more violence.

I’ve always heard that Europe will fare much poorer than the U.S. during all of this, but I don’t really know personally. Did you see the link above of the immigrant wars in France? That’s recent stuff, and very alarming.

      Also:

    3. “I’ve always heard that Europe will fare much poorer than the U.S. during all of this, but I don’t really know personally.”

I think this will be the case. Your 2nd amendment alone will take care of this. The states are also more self-sufficient than Cuckrope and your army, police etc. are better trained and equipped (BML, Antifa etc. are working to chnage this, but as of yet it still holds true). In general, my impression is that cultural marxism could not rampage as long without any resitance than it could in Europe. For example, there is no German equivalent to Fox News. All non ethno-masochistic voices have basically been pushed to the alternative media (the only exception beeing some castrated cuckservatives here and there) and free speech has been defacto done away with as we never really had something equivalent to your first amendment, but only some easy to water down and easy to bend “rubber laws”. Furthermore, you yanks are on average tougher-fibered IMHO than us Western Europeans. To say it with Goethe: “America, you are better off than our ancient continent.”

“Did you see the link above of the immigrant wars in France? That’s recent stuff, and very alarming.”

Yeah, I saw it and listend to some podcasts about it. Nothing new under the sun really in Francgeria. Maybe they just went berserk after all that mustard burnt their noese and tounges, lol.

Speaking of France: there is a DER SPIEGEL article that goes by the title “Brown Flood” from 1964(!) and describes how Algerian immigrants in France were terrorizing the natives and grabbing Amelie by the pussy even back than when there numbers were much smaller, lol. So, really nothing new under the sun.

      https://www.spiegel.de/spiegel/print/d-46174775.html

It is rather short, so if you are bored you could translate it with deepL and have a good chuckle.

    4. That article is full of hate speech. Today, it would get you de-platformed. I’m very surprised that the nowadays ultra-leftist Spiegel hasn’t memory-holed it, considering that it is full of phrases like “unhygienic flood” (of “brown people”). That one gave me a good chuckle because I vividly remember the mainstream losing its sh*t over Joe Average describing the hordes of third-world immigrants who entered Europe in 2015 as a flood or a tsunami. That was enough to get branded a Nazi.

    5. You’re talking about two different crashes. My hunch is that if the Euro or Dollar crash, i.e. get massively devalued due to money printing, you’ll be fine if you hold real assets. We’ve been seeing this already over easily the last decade or two as real estate has gotten incredibly more expensive while wages have been relatively stagnant in real terms. I would not recommend holding large amounts of precious metals if you can’t safely store them. That’s a much bigger problem than you may think because safe deposit boxes at a bank can be easily confiscated.

We’ll see “peaceful protests” once the vibrants are no longer housed and fed. You can bet that our pensioners will starve before Jamal and Tyrone will get inconvenienced by such nuisances such as having to work for a living. (This is happening in Sweden already.) My prediction is that we will see a lot of peaceful protesting in big cities. If you don’t live in one, you should be relatively safe.

    6. “That article is full of hate speech.” Yeah. I think it was passed around in German right-wing circles a lot in Januray 2016, i.e. in the wake of the New Years Eve incidents(TM). It really suprises me that so far no profecional cry baby has been bitching for it to be taken down.

“That’s a much bigger problem than you may think because safe deposit boxes at a bank can be easily confiscated.” That is what I fear will happen, too.

“My prediction is that we will see a lot of peaceful protesting in big cities. If you don’t live in one, you should be relatively safe.” At least a little silver lining there. I also think for us to enter some Mad Max type of shit a financial crash alone might not suffice, luckily. So cudos to $haremoney for also dismantling its power grid so that the probability for this scenario rises quite a bit (at least on a local/national level).

“You can bet that our pensioners will starve before Jamal and Tyrone will get inconvenienced by such nuisances such as having to work for a living.” Heaven forbid these jolly fellas die from engineering and surgeoning themselves to death.

  6. Has anyone here been in fair number of street fights etc. and survived to share his wisdom?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVyB9uSh13I

Are this guy and his advice legit?

I know, ultimately, watching videos does jack shit and one of course has to practice till the cows come home to stand any chance of not getting his ass handed to him in no time once SHTF. (And of course you can really only train to be prepared for a real encounter so much, no matter how good your coaches and your system.) I am thinking of starting Krav Maga or Systema (or whatever courses/classes I will find in my proximity).

    1. I did boxing, kick-boxing and a little bit of bjj and judo. It certainly can give you a lot of confidence and will strengthen your character. Additional benefit is possibility of doing some male bonding in the class. You will find lost of manly guys there.
I had some street fights and knowing some martial arts certainly helps.

Do different martial arts and find the one you enjoy.
Try at least one grappling sport (wrestling, judo, bjj, sambo) and one punching class (boxing, k1) and find which one you like the most. You can also go for mma, if there is good school around.

I would not go for Krav Maga as it is not competitive sport, but this is just me.

    2. I’ve been trying to get my friend to teach me to box. I think it’s very important for men to know how to fight. For self defense, confidence, discipline, inner-peace etc. Very important to not abuse the skills. Don’t go looking for fights. Make sure you get a good trainer who will teach you how to use your skills responsibility.

But sometimes some guys just deserve a good beat down ?. Like Patrick Swayze’s character in Road House said, “Be nice!……..Until it’s time to not be nice.

My friend who’s dragging his feet on training me (he’s not a pro trainer) said I’m a natural at boxing. For starters you can look up some basic moves on YouTube. Like how to throw a jab, a straight, a hook etc. You’d be amazed at how few men actually know how to throw punches. With the right skills you can easily take bar room brawlers. The vast majority of men have zero skills whatsoever.

    3. I only watched this video you linked, not the rest of his channel. Based on that, his advice looks more or less common sense, assuming you are not facing a trained fighter. For example, the shoulder movement does not necessarily telegraph his next move. A trained fighter might sucker punch you with his forward fist to get you off balance right before landing a power punch with the back one.

I have trained in martial arts years ago, not currently anymore. I have not been in street fights per se, but I have stood my ground and stared down some would-be muggers a few times. Keep in mind i am in decent shape, but not buff or ripped, but being confident enough to stand my ground deterred them. On the other hand, if the guy is trying to get you out of his territory or away from his woman, standing your ground is likely to escalate.

The best advice is to avoid fights unless absolutely unavoidable. Avoid sketchy situations, dont go looking for fights, and don’t escalate.

Even if you win, chances are someone called the cops and you get into legal trouble. The legal consequences of self defense (even if you can prove it was self defense) vary widely by country and jurisdiction. Sorting out the aftermath can take months or even years if someone is seriously hurt (or worse, dies), and leave you in financial ruin.

    4. I’d avoid getting into a street fight at all costs. It’s normally not some one-on-one with a code of honor. Instead, you’ll not only fight Abdul but his 25 cousins as well. The videos on World Star HipHop give you a good indication of what street fights for the white guy are like. You should also take into account that one good hit can kill you, directly or indirectly. If a knock-out punch doesn’t kill you, the subsequent fall, where you hit your head against concrete easily could.

    5. Aaron is absolutely right, and unfair fighting is hardly limited to minority thugs. Almost all martial arts training typically teaches you some sort of dueling fight, where some rules are observed. Street fights must be assumed to have no rules. If the guy has his buddies with him, they are likely to join in the fight.
Hollywood movies kinda leave you with the idea that the bad guys will come onto fight you one by one, while the others menacingly dance around waiting for their turn. Thats not how it goes down in real life, while you are focusing on the one in front of you another one might just as easily come up behind you and crack a bottle on your head.

According to one of my trainers, if you are cornered by a group, your best chance is to figure out who their leader is and knock him out cold in one or two blows before anyone else can move.

      @Old
Krav Maga is quite good against guns actually, i did get some limited training in it. If the moron is dumb enough to put a gun in your face, its not so difficult to wrestle it out of his hands. I have succesfully done it quite a few times (in training, of course, luckily I have not had a real gun put in my face for quite a few years now) 🙂

Still, i am not recommending it in real life.

    6. About Krav Maga: It’s probably one of the most effective means of self-defense. However, as critics point out, it’s the least honorable fighting system, with its focus on weak points like your eyes or balls. I’d say the cultural difference between Israeli Krav Maga and the honorable fighting systems of the Japanese couldn’t be any starker. This probably tells you a lot about the societies that developed those respective systems.

    7. Thanks for the all the feedback, guys! I might elaborate on all this later, but for now I just want to say: I agree with Yarara and Aaron. Best to avoid these situations like the plague as they are usually messy and convoluted as fuck. Basically everything can go wrong and once it does you might be royally fucked. Avoidance and situational awareness are essential. So is keeping your pride and ego at bay.

    8. @Michał:

“It certainly can give you a lot of confidence and will strengthen your character. Additional benefit is possibility of doing some male bonding in the class. You will find lost of manly guys there.” I agree. The density of soy boys should be pretty low.

“Do different martial arts and find the one you enjoy.” The idea is good and I understand your reservations against KM, but I think will boil down to KM for the following reasons:

      – logistics: there happen to be several KM studios near my place (in a decent part of town), the other type of studios are further away (often situated in more shady parts of the city)

      – the crowd: while the MMA, BBJ, kick boxing and boxing crowd often times consist of arabs, turks and degenerates in general, the KM crowd mainly consists of regular middle class guys (and the occasional woman), who just wanna be a bit less defenseless against the usual shit heads (at least where I live)

      – you have to get a certificate from the police stating that you have not committed any crimes so far before you are allowed to join the KM training, which should sift out the ruffians.

I actually did KM ca. 9 years ago for a few months (had to stop because it collided with my studies due to shitty logistics at the time). It really sensitized me how fucked you are once you are dealing with more than one opponent simultaneously and/or him/they really know just a little bit about fighting. (I also did Judo for 4 years or so, but stopped more than 15 years ago.)

      @GoodLookingAndSleazing:

Boxing is pretty much of the table for me as my IQ is already low enough (hello, oxygen insufficiency I suffered at birth) and I work a white collar job, so I need my brain 😉

“For starters you can look up some basic moves on YouTube. Like how to throw a jab, a straight, a hook etc.” I might. It certainly won’t harm. But ultimately one needs some kind of sparring to actually master them to a degree where one could apply them under real life conditions.

“You’d be amazed at how few men actually know how to throw punches.” Yeah, at least among white middle class dudes. But there are of course demographics that are quite good at fighting, even if their technique may suck.

“With the right skills you can easily take bar room brawlers. The vast majority of men have zero skills whatsoever.” Like mentioned above, things can go terribly south pretty quick. Furthermore, determination and readiness to take the initiative, being able to switch into fighting mode and go all in usually trump mere skills and technique IMHO. (White) Western middle class men are really ill equipped for such encounters as they often simply lack the ability to access danger correctly. They often times fail to recognize they are just mere moments away from being attacked and if they do realize it (or at least fear it might come to this) they often just get paralyzed. Their opponents on the other hand (Tyrone, Jose, Mahmud, Ali or just some trashy white degenerates etc.) were often times socialized in violent environments and are thus far better at both yielding violence and defending themselves against it. Some middle class fellows (and even more middle class gals) even think they can just throw insults and/or bitchy comebacks at some brutes and go their merry way afterwards not realizing that these thugs are wired complete differently and either never received the message of „violence is never the answer, mkay?“ that our feminized society shoves down our wage cuck throats or they just don’t give a fuck about it and the concept of verbal deescalation.

As of late, I started watching footage of street fights and muggings. I am especially interested in the give away signs of an attack and in how and when verbal disputes grow into physical attacks. Of course sometimes a mere eye contact seems to be enough to trigger an attack:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OCBSecrwaA

That escalated quickly indeed. Scary, if you really think about it.

    9. @Yarara: “I have stood my ground and stared down some would-be muggers a few times.” Ballz of steels you got there, bro! Tbh my plan in an actual mugging would be to just comply and hand out the mugger my shit asap – at least if I have the impression he is just out for material gains and wants to be gone asap. Of course, often times muggings go along or are even initiated by physical assaults and the muggers might harm or kill you just for the fun of it (the fuckers). That is of course a different story.

“Even if you win, chances are someone called the cops and you get into legal trouble. The legal consequences of self defense (even if you can prove it was self defense) vary widely by country and jurisdiction. Sorting out the aftermath can take months or even years if someone is seriously hurt (or worse, dies), and leave you in financial ruin.” Yup, especially in our clown world! $haremoney is especially ridiculous in this regard.

@Aaron: “The videos on World Star HipHop give you a good indication of what street fights for the white guy are like.” I checked out this site earlier today. Wow! The finest specimen of our species surley are gathered there.

“If a knock-out punch doesn’t kill you, the subsequent fall, where you hit your head against concrete easily could.“ This actually is how one of the “proud boys” crippled an antifa thug:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyPU2QczjVs

Ouch! Justified counter attack IMHO as that baton might have cracked the defenders skull straight open had he reacted to late.

    10. Regarding guns and defence from guns: of course at a longer distance being faced by an attacker with a gun sucks big time – especially if you do not have one yourself. Unless you’re Neo from the Matrix you can just run and/or take cover and hope your opponent misses.

But as far as I understand, in the near range guns (especially non hand guns, i.e. rifles) are often times much easier to defend yourself against than knives etc. If you are faced with a determined fucker, who has no qualms about harming or even killing you, he might suddenly pull out one and start stabbing you before you even realize wft just happened. I heard of instances, where people thought they were defending against mere fists slung towards them only to realize that wrapped within these fists were knives once it was too late. (This can happen quite easily especially with smaller blades, I was told.)

Our newly arrived citizens being for the most part surgeons seem to have brought their crude scalpels with them from Shithoelistan so that there has been quite the rise in knife attacks ever since. (For diversity, you also have the occasional axe and machete attack.)

(For the Germans: If you want to see, how prevalent this knife shit has become just take a look at this (for every week the guy sings the names of all the towns, where instances occurred):

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c08_-Z1Zj1c&list=PLhNCvwYQGhbtF4DKW04Q6MiwEVOKArDDc&index=23

50 instances per week do happen quite easily. During the first weeks of the lock down the numbers actually declined quite a bit.)

    11. My take on this topic if you are not already a well-skilled fighter:

      1. always try to NOT get into situations that they show on video. Situational awareness rules over every other point below as discussed before. This is strongly connected to you not being perceived as punchable, aka. limp-wristed fa*, or a passive-aggressive gamma with various degrees of Asperger’s mixed in it. Learn to avoid situations where you can get into trouble. Even basic training for military or police reserves (watered-down versions of real bootcamps) will give you some of this ‘gut feeling’. Social intelligence is always crucial; many skinny-fat gammas compensate their weakness by showing what smartas*es they are, and the meatheads will fuc* up these guys just to make an example out of it.

      2. if you do come into this situation, always try to de-escalate and don’t over-react on provocations. Hotheads are, at first, usually showcasing their alpha-maleness in front of their audience (buddies and bit**es included) and may suddenly calm down if you learn how to de-escalate the situation. Learning psychology and social awareness will again come handy in this case.

      3. As discussed above, de-escalation is not always possible, especially when coming in contact with our ‘new citizens’ and other posters of our ‘vibrant communities’. In this case it is vital to always keep your opponent at your arm-length distance if you cannot avoid it by a larger distance. No martial arts ‘grandmaster’ will be able to defend himself if the distance between him and the opponent is closed, as it is said in fighting jargon. Reflexes are too slow to react on hand on leg movements too close to the body, and no ‘5th dan’ in whatever fighting skills will save the day if you are the first one getting hit. This is why martial arta presentations/sport competitions are always held at a distance, as you will see from any video available. However, if you’re confined in a small space or simply cannot shake your opponent off yourself, point 4 comes in handy.

      4. Many of these ‘hustlers’ will firstly test the waters how punchable are you. The decision will thus also depend on how many of his ‘brothaz’ are in close vicinity, how many boys you have with you, etc. . If you are alone and are sure this will go no other way than straight down to business, you have to start the fight, preferably by sucker-punching and kicking. No rules apply here as there is no honour in ‘da hood’. Offensive element of surprise will always prevail psychologically over being totally defensive. Another vital aspect is to never stay on the ground and always get up asap, even if you take your opponent down. Your senses are limited on the ground, and just after a second or two you can easily get fully face-kicked by his hustler buddy who just appeared from around the corner, turning off the lights. Point 4 is also where the answer on your question stops if you aren’t skilled in fighting. Going intentionally into a fight without extensive experience will easily get you killed, not only hurt. You will not be able to know if your opponent is a good striker, ground-pounder or just a poseur, especially when you are high on adrenaline entering the physiological flight-or-fight survival mode.

The guy from the video above fully knows his shi*, yet he still breaks the basic rules of confrontations if you’re not a fighting vet. This is understandable because he has to sell this system to his audiences. And what is being showed on this video is not for noobs wanting to learn fighting from a few videos, but is reserved for experienced trainess who already fully-internalized all the needed basics.

    12. I think what is overlooked is that a lot of fighting is instinctual. No matter how you grow up, certain guys were just born to fight. The “eye of the tiger” so to speak.

Training is great and enhances what “God” gave you, but certain things can not be taught. Watch footage of Floyd Mayweather for instance. He put TONS of work in the gym but that was to maximize what he was born with. To keep his record perfect. Watch how he dodges punches. The dude hardly ever got hit, and would hit with pin point accuracy. That shit can’t be taught. Not completely. That’s the perspective I am coming from. So, if you have that gift, maximize it with training. Also relieves a lot of stress, it’s mentally healthy.

    13. @Baron2Duke: Thank you very much for your nice elaborations!

“Another vital aspect is to never stay on the ground and always get up asap, even if you take your opponent down.” That is also a doctrine in KM. They furthermore teach you not to kick at your opponent’s head especially because you are to lose your balance quite easily that way.

“If you are alone and are sure this will go no other way than straight down to business, you have to start the fight, preferably by sucker-punching and kicking.” I think this is very many middle class white guys fail – thanks to them being brought up by women and cucks. They either do not realize when it is the time now for them to start punching or kicking or they are baffled and paralyzed by the realization the conflict will now inevitably go physical. They simply cannot deal with the fact that the options of simply disengaging or verbal deescalation are now off the table. Recognizing this moment and then starting to attack “as if you really mean it” without hesitation usually is crucial and can make all the difference. (Of course there is no gurante you can still lose and get hurt or killed regardless.)

    14. @Aaron: “It’s probably one of the most effective means of self-defense. However, as critics point out, it’s the least honorable fighting system, with its focus on weak points like your eyes or balls.”

The focus on KM really lies on self defence (at least for a civilian’s perspective). Afaik it was at no point inteded to be a combat sport. And tbh I don’t give a fuck about honor in a self defence scenario, e.g. a street fight with genuine thugs. Like Baron2Duke said: “No rules apply here as there is no honour in ‘da hood’.” I would of course try to avoid unnecessarily aggravating (what appear to be) more civilized opponents by going down too nasty on them. Also, my KM instructors always emphasized the importance of verbal deescalation and general conflict avoidance. They lectured us about the rather restrictive German laws on self-defence and made it clear that they quite often diverge from common sense.

I remember we from time to time practiced certain less krass KM techniques that were especially designed for dealing with “nice guy having a bad day” scenarios. Say a frustrated beta buxx who just learned yesterday he is about to be divorce-raped had a drink or two too much and now suudenly starts some grappling/wrestling with you because he did not like the way you squeezed by him in the wage cuck pub your colleagues dragged you in after hours. He might also be a bit smaller and weaker than you and your or his colleagues are already trying (unsucessfully) to desecalate and seperate the two of you, but you still would like to fend him of asap (also since you never really know what is going to happen next) so you resort to softer techniques you would not even consider if you were about to be jumped by Rashid the Surgeon and his homies at Kottbusser Tor.

    15. By the way, there exist several myths about attacking the groin and eyeballs of your opponent during a fight. Going for these areas alone by no means guarantees anything – not least for you might not be able to successfully “reach” them in a hectic fight.

Regarding the balls: kicking or punching a guy in the balls might only work ca. 90% of the time – not in the sense of knocking him completely out, but in the sense of successfully stopping his current attack and giving you the opportunity to at least disengage a bit. It it best done quickly 2 or 3 times in a row. Sometimes it fails completely (especially if drugs are involved) or your opponent might successfully continue to fight you and even beat you only to vomit and or/pass out afterwards (in case you kicked/punched him hard enough), i.e. once his adrenaline level has sunk again.

It is also recommended to attack the groin/cunt of a woman you are fighting, but you would need harder kicks/punches for her to stop her attack or even to go down as are required against a male opponent. If you sent her to the ground this way and she later comes back up, she will probably stay up. A man you sent down this way, may get up only to go down again soon later. (This up-and-down might continue for a while.)

Regarding the eyes: many people think of poking out the eyeballs or making them pop, but this is nonsense. As far as I remember in KM you simply try to reach for the eye-area in general (as precise movements are no option if you are under high stress anyway – and so are smooth movements; this is another premise of KM, by the way: fighting whilst your body is rather stiff and your ability to coordinate movements is lowered significantly). It does not matter so much if you touch the eyes themselves as your opponent may nonetheless close them and turn his head away thereby opening his neck, face and chin for your attacks and probably loosening his grip on you a bit, too.

At least that is what I think I was told back then. (No warranty.)

    16. This is some rather specialized knowledge. How did you learn about self-defense against women? I can’t even imagine anyone teaching this. Also, any woman crazy enough to enter a fight with a man is deluded. Yet, people rarely pick a fight with someone who looks unhinged, and for good reason as those people may act in a highly erratic manner. If you’re dealing with such a woman, I’d say you missed quite a few off-ramps during your interactions with her.

    17. Krav Maga was not intended as a sport, but as effective self defense in extreme situations.

Oriental fighting techniques are mostly “honorable”in their stylized, modern sports form, which as I mentioned above is a sort of dueling. Doesnt mean they will not fight viciously when push comes to shove.

The “honorable” japanese culture of bushido warrior codes that teach that death is more honorable than surrender, that gave us kamikazes and soldiers that fought to the death (even years after the war was over), is also the same japanese culture that gave us the rape of Nanking, the “comfort women” sex slaves in occupied Korea (and elsewhere), and Unit 731 (google it, seriously).

I dont follow MMA very much, but heard several times that fighter who focus on grappling martial arts (like brazilian jiu-jitsu) outperform strike-based arts like karate or taekwon-do. That may very well be the case in a one-on-one ring, but let me point out (in case this wasnt obvious) that in a bar brawl/street fight you are better off with strike based martial arts, because your attacker will probably not be alone, and you will have handicapped yourself if you focus on immobilizing him while his buddies kick the shit out of you.

The best you can do of course is train with a combination of strikes, grappling and disarming moves. Focus on perfecting a limited number of basic moves, some martial arts may have a large array of fairly exotic kicks and punches (which are very good as exercise), but in reality these are very hard to pull off in a fight. You dont need a double spin to land a powerful side kick.

Re de-escalation: I recently found myself is just such a situation, I was at one of my favorite bars some time ago (pre-quarantine) when a customer (a young american tourist), who was drugged out of his head, started a brawl with one of the barmen. As one of the only english speaking people around, it was left to me to talk to him. The bar workers were ready to beat the shit out of him (4 against one). I managed to talk him down. Still, he tried to attack me twice, thankfully he was somewhat impaired so it could deflect him without much effort. For about an hour of so we focused on containing him and trying to calm him down, eventually he did and went home.

Now imagine that I had attacked him, or the bar workers had. We have no idea what he was on, he was extremely agitated, drooling, and pupils widely dilated. Aggresive and paranoid (he thought everyone was out to get him). If you beat him up, the guy may collapse, hit his head on a table, or fall on the shards of the glasses and bottles he just broke a few moments ago, goes into cardiac arrest or bleeds out. You are the one left to try to explain to the cops what just happened.

    18. @Aaron/Everyone reading: “This is some rather specialized knowledge.” Yeah, but please take everything I stated with a huuuuge grain of salt. I just wrote down what I remembered my instructors told me almost a decade ago. Back then I also did some subsequent research to verify some of their teachings, but please do not ask me for any sources. They all have been lost in my deepest brain furrows, lol! Honestly: nobody should base his personal safety on my ramblings. I am in now position to advice anybody! Please do your own research and vet your sources diligently.

“How did you learn about self-defense against women?” My KM instructors just mentioned this when they were talking about attacks on the groin area (for the sake of completeness, I guess). They also informed the women amongst us, that the chavettes started to mimic the cock fighting protocol of the chavs. So it was probably done in the intention to teach women how to defend themselves against female attackers, I would assume. Of course they also held special women self defense courses that mainly (or even exclusively) dealt with male-on-female violence: the “classics” like mugging and sexual assault/rape scenarios. I dunno about domestic violence, but if then just in the special courses, not during regular training as far as I recall. They were even inviting us guys via their email news letter to volunteer as attackers in these courses “as here you can be beaten up by the ladies for free and don’t have to spend good money on a domina (hurr durr).” Yeah, thank you, but I decline.

So from what I understand as a man you basically fight off women the same way as you fight off men. Remember Mystery’s old saying: „Guys are just ugly girls“? (I think it was supposed to help you overcome your fear approaching girls in mixed groups. Or I am mixing shit up. Luckily, it has been so long that I heard/read anything from this clown.) So in this context one could say: „Girls are just weak guys“, I guess. (Overall they did a very good hammering it to the wahmen how much weaker and slower they are compared to men. And that often times (or even in most of the cases) all they could hope for would be to buy themself some additional time (seconds rather than minutes).

“Also, any woman crazy enough to enter a fight with a man is deluded.” Indeed, but especially today there are many Karens, who think they can boss around some hoodlums in the metro the same way they bully around their noodle armed wage cuck colleagues in the office that are scared shitless just thinking of having their careers and reputations wrecked due to some false accusations.

@Yarara: Thank you once again for your beautiful elaborations!

“Oriental fighting techniques are mostly “honorable”in their stylized, modern sports form, which as I mentioned above is a sort of dueling. Doesnt mean they will not fight viciously when push comes to shove.” Good point I failed to make.

    19. I did Jujutsu many years ago. We trained in a big school sports hall. Once it happened that one of the teachers held a self-defense class for women at the same time, just a few sessions. Probably because I was the youngest (and most handsome) in the Jujutsu crowd, he asked me once to help him out. He told one of the chicks, some sexy teen, to lie down, and me to get on top and pin her down. Obviously, I complied. Then he told the chick to try to get out, and me to keep pinning her down, but without hurting her. What happened was that she couldn’t do it. After a little while, he told us to stop and laconically told those chicks that they shouldn’t believe in power fantasies because a stronger and much taller guy will easily be able to overpower them and they won’t be able to defend themselves, even adding that “once you’re on the floor and he’s on top, it’s basically game over.” By the way, the thotty chick I sparred with got visibly sexually aroused as she struggled to free herself from my grip. I could watch her nipples harden as she wore a thin tube top. She also gave me the fuck-me look, which was new to me back then. (She gave me a boner, too, but thankfully that wasn’t visible as I was wearing a gi.) Anyway, at that time I didn’t actively pursue women. I bumped into her randomly (?) a few days later and she awkwardly tried starting a conversation. I found her pretty annoying, to be frank. Well, all I could think of back then was plowing through Schopenhauer’s collected works. It’s hard for a young woman’s mind to compete with that.

  7. Anyone else into transhumanism/singularity futureism porn?
One of the things that keeps me motivated to make money and stay healthy is the tiny possibility of making it to the singularity.
    I think its a less than 1% chance, but it’s a chance.
It’s also quite sad to realize that we are very close to a technological paradise (just think of having a harem of supermodel sex robots, very good drugs) and then just before reaching it, we go back to another dark age because of idiot socialists and feminists.

    1. “Anyone else into transhumanism/singularity futureism porn? One of the things that keeps me motivated to make money and stay healthy is the tiny possibility of making it to the singularity.”

I am in a similar boat, although I hold the opinion that the singularity will probably not turn out very well for (most) humans. (Sam Harris did a nice Ted Talk about this years ago.)

“It’s also quite sad to realize that we are very close to a technological paradise (just think of having a harem of supermodel sex robots, very good drugs) and then just before reaching it, we go back to another dark age because of idiot socialists and feminists.”

Yup. This could easily be turned into one of these car turning memes.

    2. yeah I also think it’s quite likely it won’t turn out good for the majority of people.
I love it when these socialists are “man we will just have a UBI and robots doing all the work, finally we will have our socialist utopia!”
me “uhm the rich elite who owns the robots can just command them to kill you all… you are not required anymore”

    3. This is a good point. In fact, it relates to the present as well: I’m quite surprised that the unproductive members of society are rebelling. Historically, the impact of a strike or a protest was that it was done by the productive members of society, like factory workers or healthcare professionals, or even garbage men. If they don’t do their job, you’ll notice it pretty quickly. In contrast, what’s the leverage BLM and Antifa have? I’d wager that almost all of them either live off gibs or are in non-productive make-work jobs. In economic terms, society would be better off without them.

    4. Yeah, if possible, one should really aim to be more to the elite than just a red number on their balance sheet, lol.

But there are other dangers, too, such as this General AI just doing its own thing regardless of what that would mean to us (or even actively trying to wipe us out for whatever reasons) and the prospect of one nation/alliance realizing a GAI in the near future might force other nations/alliances to take preemptive actions and thereby starting WW III.

Here is the above mentioned Ted Talk, by the way:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nt3edWLgIg

Rather disheartening, if you think about it.

    1. I primarily use Skype or Email, but if you prefer a text-chat based approach like Discord, we could do that, too. So far, nobody ever requested it.
